The following activities are strictly prohibited on joya66. Violation of these rules will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances:

• Placing bets through match-fixing or any other form of cheating.
• Bonus hunting — attempting to withdraw bonus funds without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other form of technical manipulation.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to tamper with or interfere with joya66's systems or software.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Joya66 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• For violations of the Terms & Conditions.
• For providing incorrect or false information.
• Upon detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• By order of a court or legal authority.

For permanently closed accounts, any remaining balance will be refunded provided there is no evidence of rule violations. However, in cases where violations are confirmed, all balances will be forfeited.
